The Three Day Swap Meet is this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Times and Where To Go
Gates open to both spectators and vendors at 7am all three days. Vendors are $75 per vehicle for all the space you need, spectator entry is $10 day, $25 for a 3-day pass.
Vendors Entry Gate: All vendors will enter the main show field gate. During our regular one-day shows, this is the Vendor General Admission gate.
All spectators will come thru the regular spectator gate and will pay to get into the swap meet at the fence between the main exhibition hall and the swap meet show field.
There is no spectator charge to see the car show on Saturday.
The Saturday car show will be in the main exhibition hall and outside the exhibition hall in the area we usually park the Cruise-In.
Some vendors ask if they can set up in the exhibition hall; the answer is yes-ish. You can set up inside there on Thursday and Friday, but you MUST be out of there for the Saturday car show, no exceptions. If you’d like to set up in the exhibition hall Thursday and Friday, there’s no additional charge.
Expecting enough turn-out for the swap meet to fill up the main show parking lot; overflow will be between the exhibition hall and the show field/lot fence, and under the livestock barn. If you set up under the roof of the livestock barn, there’s no additional charge for the shade!
Handicap Parking area available. If you don’t have a handicap placard or tag, DON’T PARK THERE!
Camping and Overnight Security: Camping is welcome, at no additional charge. The swap meet vendor organizer (Brad) will be there all night, as will several friends, and the place secured and will keep an eye on it all.
