We offer mopar engine harnesses in stock form along with “updated for electronic igniton” (part #’s with an M on the end of them).  The harness will have the ignition control unit connector manufactured into the harness.  This update is FOR THE MOPAR conversion – not for an aftermarket update (i.e. Mallory, MSD).

Due to the design of this update, pre-1970 cars MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• 4 prong ballast resistor. part # QY4
• electronic voltage regulator (post 1970 style) part # FD1028
• 2 field alternator (1970 & newer style)
